Drawing upon 15 years’ experience as a Business Consultant, Ruby has a strong understanding of customer service requirements in both leadership and operational positions, as well as a depth of knowledge in compliance, quality and change management. A wealth of experience in communications, marketing and PR as well as campaign management – across all media – and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
